Policies
Booked appointments are usually booked days to weeks in advance and cannot be spontaneously refilled in the event of short-term cancellation. Therefore, booked appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. However, it can also be substantiated by a substitute occupancy of a third person by the client, so that he does not incur any costs.
Orthopedic shoe technology: agreed, reserved appointments that are not kept "uncancelled" will generally be invoiced at a flat rate of EUR 25 for administration.
Issued invoices are paid within 14 days (working days without taking into account Sundays and public holidays) from the date of issue (shown on the invoice). From the 15th day onwards, 2.5% of the day of interest on arrears will be charged.
On-site and telephone consultations will be charged at a flat rate of CHF 28 to 15 min + administration CHF 25 and sent by post.
Payments are generally made on site and in cash, but card payment is also possible. Invoice co-payment is only possible in orthopaedic shoe technology, on request and with an administration fee of CHF 25 also possible in the other service areas.
Booked courses are to be paid in advance by ebanking or on site and in cash. In case of cancellations up to 1 week before the start of the course, 30 CHF will be charged (administration), in case of cancellation shortly before the start of the course 50% and in case of cancellation on the day of the course the full amount. In the event of an emergency, the fees of the administration must be paid in any case.
Booked subscriptions, 8 or 10 tickets, will be treated equally in the event of cancellation. Appointments that are not cancelled 24 hours in advance run the risk that a treatment will be forfeited and not replaced. In the case of discounted subscriptions (promotion), appointments cancelled at short notice will definitely not be replaced.
Vouchers are valid for exactly 1 year from the date of issue, cannot be combined with discounts, no payout is possible.
